At NovaGreenWorld (NGW), we take pride in providing high-quality, plant-based personal care products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


2. Eligibility for Returns 

We accept returns if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (except for damaged/defective cases).


3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective)


4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (or other agreed method).

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days depending on your payment provider.


5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
